You can delete your Epocha account — and the personal data associated with it — at any time, using either of the methods below.
1. Delete your account in the app
Open Epocha and go to your Profile / Settings.
Tap “Delete account” and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and your data, and it cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email us at irakli.ghachava@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”.
We’ll verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything.
3. What gets deleted
Your account, profile, username, avatar, epoch progress, daily-challenge history and streak, achievements and coin balance are removed. Your username is released for reuse.
Where the law requires it, a limited set of records may be kept for a short period and then deleted.
4. How long it takes
In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
